This amazing picture of a melting glacier in Norway appears to show a weeping face emerging from the ice cap.
Marine photographer and environmental lecturer Michael Nolan captured the poignant image while on an annual icy voyage to observe the glacier and surrounding wildlife on Nordaustlandet in the Svalbard archipelago.
